CARDIOLOGY
Dr. A. -Mohsen studied medicine at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Starting in 1995, he specialized in cardiac surgery in Passau, Trier, and Halle, and in 2007, he became a specialist in this field. In 2009, he became a senior physician for cardiac surgery at the municipal hospital in Dortmund.
As he became increasingly interested in minimally invasive procedures for the treatment of heart disease, he began his second specialist training as a cardiologist at the University of Essen in 2011.
In 2015, the heart specialist received his doctorate from the University of Mainz. He completed his cardiology training at the SHG Clinic in Volklingen, the Marienen Hospital in Saarluis, and the Minden Clinic, where he then qualified as a specialist in cardiology.

DIETETICS
coming soon
I am a certified dietitian and completed my training in 2020. After graduating, I gained four years of valuable professional experience working in Trier, where I was able to deepen my knowledge in nutritional therapy and patient care.
My main focus is to develop personalized dietary concepts that are precisely tailored to your medical condition and individual needs. Every health issue comes with its own nutritional requirements — that’s why I don’t offer standardized plans, but instead create customized nutrition strategies designed to support your well-being and fit seamlessly into your daily life.
I provide guidance and advice on all aspects of nutrition, because a “diet” isn’t always about achieving the perfect body image. In many cases, it’s an essential part of treatment for doctor-diagnosed and prescribed medical conditions.

Body composition analysis
How does the consultation work?
-
The initial consultation includes a comprehensive anamnesis and nutritional assessment, taking into account medical history, current eating habits and individual goals
-
In a second consultation, your personalized nutrition plan is presented, explained in detail and documented
-
The initial treatment is completed by four follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust the plan if needed and support long-term success
Cost coverage by health insurance (CNS)
A doctor's prescription is required for the costs of dietary treatment to be covered. The doctor's prescription must be validated by the CNS within 90 days of being issued.
Once I have received your doctor's prescription, I will send the details electronically to the CNS and contact you to arrange an appointment once approval has been granted. In this case, the costs will be covered directly by the CNS under the third-party payment system (PID).
CNS membership entitles you to an 88% reimbursement on dietary services prescribed by a doctor.
Body composition analysis
A key to nutrition
Know your body. Personalize your journey. Achieve lasting results.
Precise measurement of your body composition
The body composition analysis provides a precise and detailed overview of muscle mass, body fat and water balance. Using advanced bioelectrical impedance technology, it delivers reliable insights beyond body weight and forms the foundation for personalized nutrition and health strategies.

Why it matters
Knowing your body composition helps create
personalized nutrition plans, track progress, and adjust recommendations for effective and healthy change.
How body compotion analysis works
During your session, we use reliable tools to estimate the balance of fat, muscle, and other components in your body. This process is non-invasive, quick, and provides helpful insights into your health.
By understanding these factors, I can tailor advice and support to your unique body and goals. Body composition analysis empowers you to look beyond the scale and provides a clearer picture of your progress.
Initial measurement – 35 €
During the initial analysis, I take extra time to explain all the measurements to you in detail, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, water balance, and other parameters. We also discuss how you can understand these results and use them to achieve your health goals.
Follow-up measurements – 25 €
For repeat measurements, you pay €25 per analysis. This allows us to reliably track your progress and adjust your goals based on the data.
Please note: The costs for the InBody body analysis are not covered by the CNS – it is a private service.
ALTERNITIVE MEDICINE
Natural healing – with modern alternative medicine
At our practice, we focus on holistic health solutions that bring body, mind, and soul into
harmony. Our alternative medicine services combine proven naturopathic approaches with
modern, scientifically based methods. We specialize in two innovative procedures in
particular: IHHT (intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia therapy) and CO₂ dry baths.
Treatments
IHHT – Cell training for more energy and vitality
Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Therapy (IHHT) is a highly effectiveform of cell training based on alternating between low-oxygen andhigh-oxygen air. This method strengthens the mitochondria – the“powerhouses” of our cells – and can thus contribute to a lastingimprovement in physical performance, regeneration, and overallvitality. IHHT is used successfully for, among other things:
-
Chronic fatigue and burnout
-
Sleep disorders
-
Metabolic problems
-
Cardiovascular complaints
-
To improve performance in athletes

CO₂ dry bath – natural circulation booster
The CO₂ dry bath is a proven method for boosting circulation andactivating the metabolism. The body is placed in a speciallydesigned CO₂ cabin, where the gas is absorbed through the skin –without getting wet. This can have the following positive effects, among others:
-
Improvement of microcirculation
-
Support for circulatory disorders
-
Relief of rheumatic complaints
-
Promotion of skin regeneration
-
Relaxation and stress reduction
